We label one another. It's human. Rarely do those labels have to do with work performance. You know the guy who's dance-move impaired; the pattern-deficient fashion train wreck; and the coffee-challenged coworker who effs up every pot of coffee he brews. This national TV, print, outdoor, radio, digital, and social media campaign is a light-hearted introduction to a serious conversation. It flips the script on labeling people then asks employers to Think Beyond the Label and hire people with disabilities.

Video banner adds that leveraged traditional commercials developed for the campaign were placed on prominent online media properties such as BBC, CNN, ESPN and Politico.
We developed rich media overlay advertising that included video, Facebook sharing and a Field Guide for Evolving Your Workforce download.
Outdoor and out-of-home media space, such as airport and mass transit, was purchased around Washington D.C. to influence legislators and political decision makers.
